Morale  : un mezzo per chi ha " pelo sullo stomaco" e non si distrae facilmente alla guida!

io  so fare poco o niente sui motori ,,, se riesco a montare i pezzi e che funzionino 'e gia tanto .

 

 

 

ps quello che mi piace di più di quella moto 'e la sella ergonomica (da lubrificare con l'apposito miscelatore)

Premetto non per buttarla "in caciara" ..ma pensando seriamente  " al motore  eterno"  e anche " economico " ..girando  scopro che  per l'ape tm 703  " 218 cc  originale" esitono anche dei kit  DR  e polini  CON PISTONE DA 69  mm  http://www.elaborascooter.it/catalog/gruppo-termico-polini-spinotto-p-370.html    http://www.ebay.it/itm/CILINDRO-PISTONE-DR-PIAGGIO-APE-501-601-TM-703-D-69-/120673827473?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_101&hash=item1c18b87a91&_uhb=1     con un'albero " su misura " lo spinotto è da 18  ed una corsa maggiorata  si puo' arrivare  e superare i 230 cc   , percui se da originale ha 10 cv circa , con le  modifiche del caso  e senza svenarsi  con cilindro e marmitta da 500 /600 euro  cadauno  applicando un pacco lamellare sulla predisposizione dei carter .potrebe uscirne un motore da circa 20 cv   con un tiro mostruoso !  un motore che fermo restando  il costo dei carter , pero' consentirebbe un turismo a lungo raggio " in sicurezza" e con un cilindro che se disgraziatamente prende una scaldata  prendi e riparti  ..! ecc ecc , puo' sembrare una boutade  ma seriamente  invito tutti a pensarci e fare le loro considerazioni !

there was a long time no news around the M200 equipment, is there another topic in the et3 forum?

Actually this Motor is discussed in germany quite a lot because of some quite good results in the german race series and the high power results used as plug and play system.

 

Actually we discuss how to do the cooling hood for the M200, mostly we use 60 mm stroke!

And we have actually parallel to the quattrini exhaust, the "Lakers" which is the exhaust we get the most max power with also good power around 4000-6000 RPM.

 

Which parts are new or used actually in italy?

 

This is the setting with 61 mm Kingwelle and Lakers exhaust:

Anyway I saw somebody using the largeframe cowling to cope with the cooling. I believe only few mods are necessary for this.

Yes some friends tried from largeframes and also the steel version from smallframes: Steel is for me easier to modify

Vadiamo se li trovo... mi sembra che checco (forse anche il Cesta) avesse messo un po' di foto di come aveva realizzato la cuffia... E come si era fatto fare l'albero...

 

Poi potresti segnalargli la roba che fa Fabbri tipo la marmitta e gli alberi...

vedo solo ora , si quella de px adattata va bene ,  abbiamo proprio usato le foto del cesta messe qualche mese fa,

 

quei carter mi fanno venire la voglia di metter un cilindro a liquido coppioso e grande 

 

quello del kdx 200 a occhio 'e quasi p&p --

Bravi. Io sto cercando di trovare il tempo x modificare la marmitta. Prima xò la devo bancare e trovare differenze tra il 30 e il 38.

E perchè?ora non mi dire che l'm200 ha piu' coppia o cv dei motori che Lauro usa in accelerazione,e in gara ci và con le sue frizioni,magari usa infradischi piu' spessi,ma le frizioni son le sue,e penso che là sono tutti sui 50cv....
