The first picture is my engine, 2 years ago And probably the reason between the worb and my cylinder (for example), it is only because it takes *a lot* of time to enlarge so much the transfer, that's all ! The cylinder is heavely modified, exhaust, transfers, transfer height... etc See here: http://lnx.et3.it/phpBB-2.0.17/phpBB2/v ... c&start=44 I only drove it on the track, but it was very nice, very powerful, a bit "peaky", but I love it I have to fit an HP4, it will get even more aggresive ! I hope it won't break too soon Quota Link al commento Condividi su altri siti

I like very much....you take the dangerous botton, the break, your motor is good but I will to see how during in the time....I hope for you many years it's clear! Why you use a 58mm bore? not is better begin from 57 mm bore? like this you will have poxibility to mount major pistons bore...

Why you use a 58mm bore? not is better begin from 57 mm bore? like this you will have poxibility to mount major pistons bore... The only reason is that when I started this project 2 years ago, I knew nothing about engine tuning ! So I started from a used 57,5mm Polini kit... Then I rebore it to 57,8mm, I used it with the Polini Piston, I drove ~500km and the ring broke Then I went for the GS piston and so on... Basically, I started with a "cheap" project Quota Link al commento Condividi su altri siti
Ospite tecnofalc Inviata 2006 Luglio 15 Share Inviata 2006 Luglio 15 only 2 years ago? my compliments....I think that GS pistons are very very good, isn't it? for your Mazzu crank, you open the crank for work or work on crank like from factory... Don't worry, the crankshaft (albero motore) is completly *new*, it's a 20mm full-circle from Mazzuchelli. Edit: I had no time (and I didn't want to pay for this ), so I *very* carefully protect the bearing of the crank and I worked on the cheeks directly... That was risky, but it can be done if you *really* protect the crank. I only removed 20 grams from each cheeks to help the mixture to flow through, it's true that the picture quality doesn't help ! The previous crankshaft was a prototyp that I had imagined... it was too unbalanced to survive As far as I can tell, the GS piston is a very good choice Quota Link al commento Condividi su altri siti
