ORIGINAL-DERIVED SMALL-FRAME VESPAS, EVEN TOUGH OFTEN EXTREMELY TUNED, UTILIZE A "VESPA" ENGINE, I.E. A CYLINDER SPECIFICALLY MANUFACTURED TO BE MOUNTED ON ORIGINAL VESPA ENGINE CASINGS. THESE TUNING, IF PROPERLY DONE, CAN REACH VERY HIGH PERFORMANCES, AND THEREFORE PROVIDE THE USERS WITH GREAT SATISFACTIONS!! The most famous configuration used by those who want a high performance Original-derived Vespa is definitely the "girato " (turned cylinder). 99% are 130cc 130cc Polini or 132cc Malossi, true milestones of Vespa tuning. This section has some great examples of this configuration. But we would also like to show you some minor tuning like 100ccs (widely used some years ago on Vespa 50) and also some 75cc. Keep an eye on this section, it’s the most lively of this site!! |
